REFERENCE - NEPO502

The NEPO502 Office, Educational & Catering Supplies Framework provides Contracting Authorities with a compliant and flexible route to procure a comprehensive range of everyday consumables, supplier and equipment essential to operational delivery. The framework replaces the existing NEPO502 solution and will commence from 1 May 2026.

The framework covers the supply of goods across the following lots:

  • General Office Supplies
  • Electronic Office Consumables
  • Educational Products
  • Promotional Print Materials
  • Catering Disposables
  • Light Kitchen Equipment

For most lots, the framework operates as a multi-supplier arrangement, with a primary supplier and a contingency supplier appointed to ensure security and continuity of supply. Promotional Print Materials are provided through a multi-supplier, non-ranked lot, accessed via mini-competition to support bespoke requirements.

The solution is designed to deliver:

  • Value for money through competitively tendered core product pricing
  • Operational efficiency, reducing procurement times and administrative burden
  • Flexibility, allowing Contracting Authorities to meet bespoke needs through core and non-core product lists
  • Security of supply, supported by contingency supplier arrangements and robust business continuity requirements
