NEPO307 Liquid Fuels covers the provision of diesel, gas oil, kerosene, hydrotreated vegetable oil, petrol and AdBlue. The solution is available for use by any public sector organisation in the UK.

Solution overview

NEPO307 Liquid Fuels covers the supply of the following fuels to public sector sites:

• Diesel
• Gas Oil
• Petrol
• Kerosene
• AdBlue
• Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO)

A range of ancillary services can also be accessed through the framework agreement, such as access to alternative fuel sources (marine oil and biofuels), fuel cards, tank management systems, tank polishing and tank installation services. 

About our suppliers

There are three suppliers on the NEPO307 Framework, BWOC, Certas and YourNRG, with each lot having two suppliers awarded.

Lots 1 through to Lot 7 are awarded on a ranked basis. Contracting authorities may directly award to the first ranked supplier providing they are able to meet their needs and requirements. Should the first ranked supplier be unable to meet the requirements of the contracting authority, an award with the second ranked supplier is permissible.

Further competition applies solely to Lots 8–10 and will be conducted throughout the solution’s lifecycle for those Lots. All suppliers appointed to the appropriate lot will be invited to submit bids.
