NEPO is a Central Purchasing Body as defined in the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15). This means that NEPO may provide central purchasing activity on behalf of Contracting Authorities. The Contract Notice raised by NEPO in each individual procurement project provides direction on which Contracting Authorities may access the resulting agreement. NEPO may list specific Contracting Authorities within a Contract Notice. NEPO may also provide a link to this web page within a Contract Notice. Where a link to this webpage is included it is NEPO's intention to allow the resulting agreement to be open for use by all Contracting Authorities listed or accessible from all links within this document. This page may be updated over time to ensure the accuracy of the links below is maintained.
