
The solution is fully compliant with public sector procurement rules and is available to all NEPO Member Authorities, as well as all current or future Associate Members.
Access is made available by way of a partnership agreement with The Procurement Partnership Ltd (TPPL) who completed the OJEU tendering exercise on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council.
The solution is a framework agreement covering the following lots:
- Lot 1: Passenger Cars.
- Lot 2: Light and Medium Commercial Vehicles up to 12.5t.
- Lot 3: Pedestrian, Compact and Chassis Mounted Road Sweepers up to 12.5t.
- Lot 4: Vehicle Racking and Van Conversions.
- Lot 5: Telematics Equipment.
- Lot 6: Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure.
The solution can be accessed by way of mini-competition or direct award to the highest ranked supplier under the relevant lot.
Mini-competitions and direct awards must be conducted using the NEPO Portal or with support from TPPL via their e-tendering system to comply with procurement legislation. The full list of suppliers appointed to this framework are listed above and further details of the breakdown across the lots can be made available to those eligible to use the solution i.e. NEPO Member Authorities and Associate Members.
