NEPO233 Retrofit & Decarbonisation Works provides a compliant route to market for contracting authorities within the North East to appoint suppliers to undertake retrofit and decarbonisation works under JCT or NEC forms of contract.

NEPO233 Retrofit & Decarbonisation Works is a multi-supplier framework agreement covering the following lots:

  • Lot 1: Retrofit & Decarbonisation Partner - delivering retrofit and decarbonisation works and services programmes on behalf of contracting authorities as a one stop shop (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 2: Installation and delivery of air source heat pump (ASHP) (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 3: Installation and delivery of ground source heat pump (GSHP) (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 4: Installation and delivery of solar photovoltaic (PV) (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 5: Installation and delivery of solar thermal (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 6: Installation and delivery of domestic/small commercial battery & large battery storage (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 7: Installation and delivery of smart home system (SHS) (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 8: Installation and delivery of external wall insulation (EWI) (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 9: Installation and delivery of internal wall insulation (IWI) (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 10: Installation and delivery of lighting (Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 11: Installation and delivery of radiant heating (Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 12: Installation and delivery of cavity wall insulation (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 13: Installation and delivery of loft insulation (Domestic and Non-Domestic)
  • Lot 14: Installation and delivery of under-floor heating insulation (Domestic)
  • Lot 15: Installation and delivery of energy efficient windows and doors (Domestic and Non-Domestic)

Suppliers can be appointed via further competition or direct award.

NEPO233 Retrofit & Decarbonisation Works is available for use by public sector organisations in the North East.
