1) Children’s Advocacy
2) Investigating Officers (Children and Adult Stage Two Complaints)
3) Independent Persons (Children and Adult Stage Two Complaints)
4) Independent Chairs for Stage Three Statutory Children’s Social Care Complaints
5) Independent Panellists for Stage Three Statutory Children’s Social Care Complaints, and
6) Independent Persons for Secure Accommodation Reviews

- Harmonised terms and conditions and pricing across the 12 NEPO Member Authorities,
- Financial economies of scale,
- Standard service offer to Children and Adults across the North East,
- Reduce competition to a relatively small market across multiple solutions
How can providers get involved:
The Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) will be open two times in each 12-month period from the commencement date to allow providers’ applications to join the solution or bring new Individuals on to the solution. Applications will be received for all services except Advocacy.
We will publish a notice to the market each time we open the Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) so providers not on the solution can apply to join.
