Supplier Engagement – Helpdesk Review

As part of an overarching review of the NEPO Electronic Tendering System, NEPO and its 12 Member Authorities are looking to review three elements of our portal service provision as outlined below:

1)    Review of the actual system; 2)    Redesigning of services; and 3)    Establishing gaps in service provision.

In order to do this, North Tyneside and Newcastle City Council have agreed to review one element of service provision (NEPO Helpdesk) and would welcome your views on this service area.

If you would like to have your say on what you think of our current service provision, or help NEPO and its Member authorities to shape what a new / revised Helpdesk service would look like, then we would encourage you to complete a short survey to influence our view.
