PCC for Cleveland use NEPO’s Construction Works for £17M Community Project

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Cleveland has used NEPO’s Building Construction Works solution to appoint a build partner for the new Community Safety Hub in Hemlington, Middlesbrough. The innovative building will be a flagship hub for the PCC, Cleveland Police and their partner agencies, providing a cost-effective and cutting-edge home for modern-day specialist policing on Teesside.

Esh Build were appointed to the PCC’s project via NEPO’s fully compliant and value-for-money solution. Esh are committed to supporting the local economy, and intend to place 85% of the project spend with contractors based within 25 miles of the project. There are also plans to deliver wider community benefits by investing in skills workshops for local schools.
