Newcastle Council supplier engagement event: Winter Maintenance

Newcastle City Council are holding an event to seek views from the market on alternative options for the provision of winter maintenance services.

The event will:

  • Share the vision for winter maintenance services in the future
  • Better understand how these services could be delivered to deliver statutory obligations and address budget needs
  • Gather information from the industry on the suggested approach to partnership working on winter maintenance provision with specific consideration to contract models and specifications
  • Consideration to the range of cost models and how risks are priced
  • Gather feedback on the scope of services
Please be aware that this is not an invitation to quote or tender, but an invitation to attend a soft market testing day prior to going out to invite quotes/tenders.
