NEPO has invited suppliers to participate in market consultation activity, to help shape a new procurement solution for election and electoral registration printing requirements.
The market consultation activity includes:
- Market engagement sessions on 22 and 23 September 2020. These sessions will be delivered virtually and provide an opportunity to discuss NEPO's proposed approach and offer further feedback. Suppliers wishing to register attendance must do so in writing to Stephanie Westgarth (stephanie.westgarth@nepo.org) by no later than 12pm on 16 September 2020.
- A soft market testing questionnaire. The questionnaire will allow a further opportunity for those suppliers unable to attend the above-mentioned market engagement sessions. NEPO intends to publish the soft marketing questionnaire via the NEPO Portal. Suppliers wishing to access the questionnaire must first register on the NEPO Portal (registration is free of charge).
It is anticipated that the solution will commence from 1 January 2021.
