Increase Your Business Opportunities through the NEPO Portal

Company categorisation has never been more important.  The way you categorise your organisation will determine the notifications and opportunities you will receive.  With an increasing number of North East authorities using the system to issue out low value quotations to a randomly generated list of suppliers for each new opportunity, ensuring your account is correctly categorised is vital.

To update your categories and increase potential for new business, please follow the instructions below:

  • Go to NEPO Portal
  • Click on ‘Supplier Login’ under the ‘Links’ section
  • Enter your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’
  • Click on ‘My Opportunities’
  • Click on 'Update Company Profile'
  • Click on your Username under ‘User Accounts’
  • Click on the ‘Change Category(ies)’ option
  • Click on the Search/Select Categories
  • Use the ‘Search Criteria’ box to add a key word to return suggested categories
  • Check the box against ALL relevant categories and click ‘Select Categories’, then Finish and Save.
You can also use this opportunity to review your full profile to ensure your company, contact details and classifications are correct.
