NEPO Welcomes its 300th Associate Member

NEPO has welcomed National Savings & Investments (NS&I) as its 300th Associate Member.

NS&I join a wide range of public sector organisations already signed up to benefit from NEPO’s associate membership scheme, including local authorities, educational establishments, registered charities, emergency services, social landlords and central government agencies.

NEPO associate membership is free-of-charge and provides UK public sector bodies with access to NEPO’s extensive range of solutions. As well as securing best value and achieving significant savings in staff time, NEPO’s procurement strategies are robust, legally compliant and developed to positively impact social and economic factors.

Associate Members benefit from access to a range of procurement solutions including NEPRO, the solution for specialist professional services, which has been used by over 130 public sector organisations to deliver over 2,000 projects. NEPRO is a safe and viable alternative to traditional procurement methods that help reduce risk, deliver savings and facilitate compliance.

Steven Sinclair, Head of Procurement at NEPO, said:

“We are delighted to welcome NS&I as our 300th Associate Member. They join a growing number of public sector organisations who have recognised the benefits of using NEPO’s portfolio of procurement solutions across a range of categories such as construction, fleet, energy, professional services, and facilities management.”

Terry Maley, Head of Contracts at NS&I, commented:

“NS&I is one of the largest savings organisations in the UK with 25 million customers and £147 billion invested. Our origins can be traced back over 150 years to 1861. Collaborative working plays an important part in our commitment to deliver value for our stakeholders. We therefore look forward to working with NEPO and maximising the benefits available from our associate membership.”
